What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is the first, most traditional form of yoga that began over 10,000 years ago in the Himalayas. Men were the first to practice yoga and they did it primarily for stress reduction. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Please wear appropriate yoga or gym attire.
